Contact us today for your Parti Yorkie Puppy!!
When writing to inquire about one of our puppies, please keep in mind... We have a VERY small breeding program and are extremely selective with who and where our puppies go. Please tell us your story. Don’t simply send us a message asking “Price?”. You will not get a response from us. Our puppies are raised with love, it is very difficult to let them go. We want the absolute BEST furever home for them. Please make a good impression.

Please educate yourself if you are looking for a new puppy
Seems many people now a days are looking for the cheapest possible puppy and get offended when a breeder won't lower their asking fees. Some buyers do not care about the breeders ethics or hard work or pedigrees health testing etc. They just want a cheap price tag.
Here is how a reputable breeder feels about that:
Quality isn’t cheap and cheap isn’t quality! This can go both ways. Sometimes some low quality poorly bred dogs raised in subpar conditions are sold for more than the opposite. So pay attention! Not every breeder is the same. Not every puppy is the same.
Did you know ?
Dogs don’t always deliver naturally and may require c-sections. C-sections can cost over $3000+ with no guarantee of any live puppies or the female surviving. It is a risk we all take.
There may be a puppy or puppies in need of assistance to survive. A breeder may have to hand feed. Every few hours, around the clock for months with no break.Meaning that that breeder is on lockdown for days to weeks after delivery. And it is ok we chose this life. But please respect that.
Many breeders may not allow visitors in their private homes. They are not hiding anything, but for the security of their home & family, they don’t want to give their address out to every potential buyer. It’s a private residence, not a pet store nor a petting zoo. Visitors can also bring parvovirus or other infectious spreadable disease into the house, which could wipe out an entire litter(s) or future litter(s) and any resident dogs/ other pets.
Reputable ethical breeders love and take great care of the puppies and want stable homes for them, where they will receive love and proper care for the puppy's entire life. Where they will be cherished and loved endlessly.
Did you know that for every person that buys a puppy, your breeder has responded to inquiries from at least 20(+) other people who have no intention or means to buy a puppy at all. This takes up a lot of a breeder’s time. But once again this is no complaint just sharing facts to keep in mind.
Did you know reputable breeders have researched the breed and spend years actively trying to produce the best possible puppies? This includes evaluating pedigrees, health screenings that include DNA breed specific genetic testing, Orthopedic evaluations, keeping and tracking all sorts of records, etc. With the ultimate goal of producing happy, healthy puppies.
Did you know responsible breeders consider no question a dumb question and are available to their clients for a lifetime of support. Yes we are always just a call or text away 🙂
Did you know breeders have feelings? Breeding can be extremely emotional for many reasons. Please be understanding. We are all human. Yes we chose this life but you also chose to look for a purebred purposely bred dog. Which we found a passion on dedicating a part of our life to this labor of love. Please be respectful when in communication with a breeder. This goes both ways of course.
Did you know breeding is not a get rich quick scheme? Your breeder is very happy to just break even, if that. Many times breeders do not break even. What We spend per dog per year surpasses what we will ever make off a litter. And any profit goes back into bettering our program. If there is any!
Most breeders get offended when asked for a cheap puppy! And rightfully so. Imagine being told you should get paid less hourly or that your skill is not of such value , why get paid at all? Work for free! ? Again just an example of something to keep in mind.
